MUNISING AREA UPDATE via Alger County SORVA – 02/18
TRAIL REPORT – Thursday, 02/18/2021 GREAT MID-SEASON RIDING CONDITIONS! No new snow yesterday but Operators reported excellent grooming conditions for great trail riding. Trails are in overall Very Good Riding conditions across our trail system. We have a great base building this year that is staying fairly flat between grooming runs. Please respect residential property owners and STAY ON THE TRAIL, No Snowmobile Signs mean just that. Please DO NOT run the Powerlines off of Trail 419. Our Team of volunteer Groomer Operators will continue to do their best to keep trails flat so; Get out and ENJOY the Trails Ride Safe and Stay Tuned for updates! MUNISING AREA UPDATE via TNT Trenary Northern Trails – 02/17
We were blessed with about 8 inches of snow yesterday, the trail is shaping up nicely now, and with the cold Temps the two wet areas we couldn’t get through are now groomed as well.

An additional 2 to 4 inches of snow is expected over the east, primarily north of M-28. Expect the transition to pure lake-effect tonight, with the lake-effect machine continuing through the rest of this week into this weekend.
