TRAVERSE CITY AREA UPDATE via Ranch Rudolf – 03/04
Snowmobile trails are non-existent here in the valley. We are down to ice and mud. Beau and Knox will also be taking this weekend off due to ice, so no hayrides. As a result we will be closed this weekend, March 5-7.

WEATHER UPDATE via US National Weather Service Gaylord Michigan >> Icy/black ice on area roadways early this morning. Cool periods will battle with mild /periods through early next week. This has lead to icy spots on roadways and/or black ice formation early this morning. WEATHER UPDATE via US National Weather Service Gaylord Michigan >> After the warm temperatures and melting snow during the day today (Thursday)...temperatures will drop off rapidly after sunset. This will lead to any wetness re-freezing on area roadways, which could lead to icy roadways and/or black ice formation tonight through Friday morning. Back roads, which became slushy today will refreeze as well, leading to complicated driving conditions.
