ONTONAGON AREA UPDATE via North Country Snowmobile Club UP >> 03/02
We had difficulties this evening and into the morning resulting in a partial grooming run. There are several hair pin corners of 13 that required significant dozing to get berms down. The operator was scheduled to refuel and return back, but issues arose canceling that. We apologize, it has been a long season!

It’s very rideable. Slush/ice spots are also navigable. Temperatures at time of posting several degrees below zero just 7 miles inland.

WEATHER UPDATE via US National Weather Service Marquette Michigan >> A breezy day is expected today, with westerly gusts to 30 mph expected and a few gusts to 45 mph along the Great Lakes, but otherwise expect showers and fog to clear out in the morning and breaks in the clouds this evening through Friday.
