Ironwood Trail Report – 02/03

IRONWOOD / WESTERN U.P. UPDATE via Gogebic Range Trail Authority – ORV & Snowmobile Club – 02/03

Our system of trails was groomed last night. Trail 2 from Ramsay crossing to Wakefield is thin, these are photos from that trail. Our other trails are rated fair; the warmth of the last several days and steady traffic has worn trails down. The good news is we are expecting 8-12" Thursday, 4-8" Friday and constant lake effect after that. Soooo….after today and once the snow starts trails will be in the best shape of the season! We have the deepest snow in the U.P. in our western corner and are ready for the snow gods to give up the goods! Come up for Superbowl weekend getaway and experience why the #WESTisBEST !!
