“Hello — Just got back from grooming! I hit Trail 6 East & West, as well as 677, 687 around Caberfae. By far the best conditions I’ve groomed yet this year, with the only Snirt being small areas of 6 West, west of Caberfae Rd. Not many riders out today, which makes for easier grooming…

Lots of Thumbs UP from the few riders I did see. Reminder to please pull off trail and stop when seeing a groomer, as we are not supposed to pass any moving sleds. Temps are getting back to more normal range in the coming week. Come up and enjoy some mid-week riding. THINK SNOW! Pete”

CADILLAC AREA UPDATE via Cadillac Winter Promotions – 02/17

Just got back from grooming! I hit Trail 6 East & West, as well as 677, 687 around Caberfae. By far the best conditions I’ve groomed yet this year, with the only Snirt being small areas of 6 West, west of Caberfae Rd. Not many riders out today, which makes for easier grooming… Lots of Thumbs UP from the few riders I did see. 33 Rd Staging Area–S of M-55–approx.. 3 miles west of Cadillac on M-55 (watch for signs)

Caberfae Staging Area–approx.. 12 miles west of Cadillac on M-55 (watch for signs)

Boon Staging Area–park in plowed area south of Boon Grocery

Note: The porta-a-johns were removed from our staging areas today as our contracts on them expired 3-15-13.

Before anyone gets on the "SEE CLIMATE CHANGE IS FAKE" train... one of these below average maps DOES NOT negate the other 500 above average ones. Trends, folks. Trends. Nothing is a straight line.
