WEATHER UPDATE via US National Weather Service Gaylord Michigan >> More snow and freezing rain is expected early Wednesday morning. Strong east winds will also be seen for most of Wednesday. A few thunderstorms cannot be ruled out as well. WEATHER UPDATE via US National Weather Service Gaylord Michigan >> A cold night is on tap as temps fall into the teens and perhaps single digits across much of northern Michigan, especially in areas heavily impacted by the recent ice storm. This could lead to dangerous conditions for those without power or a safe source of heat. Does anyone have any information that would explain why Antrim County was excluded from the the governor’s State of Emergency? Are there any numbers showing ice accumulation for Antrim as compared to surrounding areas?
