Our 19th Annual Snowmobile Vets Ride was a huge success. 366 total riders and 87 Veterans. Thank you to everyone who helped put on this great event to honor all the Veterans. We can’t thank everyone enough who attended and helped out to put on this great event. Thank you for supporting the SSA. Thank you to all our Veterans for your service.

WEATHER UPDATE via US National Weather Service Marquette Michigan >> Ongoing snow this morning will taper off from west to east through the early afternoon. Our attention then turns to a system traversing the Midwest early Monday, bringing snowfall to the southern UP. WEATHER UPDATE via US National Weather Service Marquette Michigan >> Snow will spread across Upper Michigan late this afternoon and evening with occasional snow then continuing through tonight. The snow will diminish from west to east on Sunday. By late Sunday morning, expect 2 to 4 inches of snow accumulation, but locally up to around 5 inches of snow is possible on the Keweenaw. As a result, plan on slippery road conditions tonight into Sunday morning. Snow accumulations today will be an inch or less, except 1 to 2 inches in the high terrain of Baraga and Marquette counties. The snow showers will diminish later tonight. Attention then turns to a widespread system snow that will develop from west to east across Upper Michigan later Saturday afternoon and evening. The snow will continue Saturday night, then diminish during Sunday morning. Snow accumulations across Upper Michigan by late Sunday morning should range from 2 to 5 inches.
