HARBOR SPRINGS AREA UPDATE via Harbor Springs Snowmobile Club – 02/18 The season has started again! We have about a foot total on the ground & the gates have all been opened up. Expect early season conditions & watch for rocks. Unfortunately we are not seeing any more snow in the forecast & temps are supposed to be in the 40’s by Tuesday. Get it in while you can! <> <> WEATHER UPDATE via US National Weather Service Gaylord Michigan >> A little patchy drizzle or sprinkles to linger this evening…otherwise rainfall is pretty much done until tomorrow. After some patchy morning fog, additional precipitation returns Sunday afternoon as rain and snow showers track across the northwoods. Higher terrain areas could see some accumulations of wet-heavy snowfall by Monday morning. The long range outlook indicates a return to winter by the end of the week!
