12.5 inches in 24 hours is a pretty good dusting. I’m seeing a possible 5″-11″ more by tomorrow and cold. Wednesday & Thursday we’ll get a break in the snow then back at for the weekend.
WEATHER UPDATE via US National Weather Service Marquette Michigan >> Lake effect snow into Wednesday morning over the northwest wind snow belts yields an additional 4 inches or less of snow, higher in the east. Most of Upper MI will see lows in the single digits above and below 0 with wind chills approaching -20 in the interior west! Another couple of inches of snow will be possible in the western UP, but higher totals up to 2-4, locally higher up to 5 inches are expected in the eastern UP.
