Wind gusts up to 20-30mph will be common, but higher gusts in excess of 40 mph are expected across the Keweenaw and closer to Lake Superior. Otherwise, expect temperatures in the 30s today to rapidly drop back into the single digits and teens tonight, with light lake effect snow developing in the NW wind belts. Munising, Mi.
A beautiful, sunny day!! We rode mainly great trails all the way to Kitch-iti-Kipi spring. It is an experience to see the big trout and the water continually come into the spring. There were a few spots where the groomers rolled up a little bit of gravel while keeping the trails smooth. We had a great lunch at Big Spring Tavern.
The pictures show how smooth the trails are. We have met people from Illinois, Wisconsin, Indiana, Minnesota and Ohio. All great people who love our sport!! #munising #snowphotos
