Frederic / Gaylord Area Trail Report – Sledheads of Frederic – 01/20
FREDERIC / GAYLORD AREA UPDATE via Sledheads of Frederic – 01/20 A sunny and very crunchy minus 4 degrees on MLK day in downtown frederic. I took a ride thru grayling this morning and the pic below is a bunch of frosty sleds parked at the Ramada. Sled traffic yesterday was steady all day. We only had a half inch of new snow in Frederic overnight but I talked to a guy that was out by Manistee Lake and he said they got about a foot all day yesterday. I guess frederic is out of the way of the snow maker in the sky. Trail crossings I looked at on the way here were still nice and white and you can thank the extra cold temps for that. Still the same story yesterday with both good and bad trails but everyone enjoying what they can. Thanks for checking in.
