MUNISING AREA UPDATE via Alger County SORVA >> 01/28 Trail Report Posted <> <> MUNISING AREA UPDATE via TNT Trenary Northern Trails >> 01/28 Tonight’s run included the east end out to Sundell. We got a couple inches of new snow and some pretty good drifting in some of the open areas. Light traffic (one rider all night) means the trail was able to have time to set up and should hold up well tomorrow. I’m 7 miles south of pine stump and we’ve gotten well over 2 foot in the last 48 hours alone. There’s way more than 50” out there. Way more than 75 even. Snow showers end this afternoon over the west and diminish over the east into this evening. Dry weather does not last long as another round of light snow clips the UP tonight, best chances over the north.
