First off I forgot to mention that’s a silver fox hat which I picked at the 2004 Sturgis Rally.
We are getting hammered pretty good today so if you’re driving up be extra careful there’s time it’s a white out. If you’re out riding Ride Right and slow down we’ve had enough accidents this year.

WEATHER UPDATE via US National Weather Service Marquette Michigan >> Lake effect snow showers continue across the west and NW wind snow belts through tonight, with generally another 2-4in of snow expected across those areas. However, with some heavier snowfall possible tonight across the far eastern UP, a Winter Weather Advisory is in effect for Luce and Chippewa counties. Elsewhere, expect quiet and chilly weather tonight with lows mainly in the single digits above and below zero across the UP. Lake effect continues into Tuesday before slowly lifting offshore during the evening. #miweather #keweenaw#westernup#marquette#munising #seney #newberry #soo #straitsareaLake effect snow showers continue across the west and NW wind snow belts through tonight, with generally another 2-4in of snow expected across those areas. WEATHER UPDATE via Midwest Weather >> ~Snowfall Forecast Tuesday Night-Thursday Morning~ I ran out of time this morning so I had to take a picture off my phone this time. Hopefully it's visible enough. A winter storm is expected to bring a swath of heavy snowfall accumulations from KS/NE to portions of MI. A surface low will deepen in the panhandle and move northeast through the day on Wednesday. A large area of 6-9" is expected, which will cause significant travel impacts on Wednesday and Thursday. Snow will overspread southwest to northeast Tuesday night west of the Missouri River and Wednesday morning east of the Missouri River. Snow will fall for as long as 18 hours in some areas. A large area of increased lift and frontogensis with a deformation band will enhance snowfall rates to 1" an hour. Very fluffy snow will allow blowing. #miweather #keweenaw#westernup#marquette#munising #seney #newberry #soo #straitsarea#gaylord#cadillac#benzie#traversecity#petoskey~OUTDATED~

WEATHER UPDATE via US National Weather Service Marquette Michigan >> While most of the UP will be dry today through midweek, lake effect snow showers continue across the NW wind snow belts through Tuesday. Some heavier snowfall rates across the Keweenaw today may lead to a few more inches of snowfall as well as hazardous travel conditions, so the Winter Weather Advisory continues for northern Houghton and Keweenaw Counties. Otherwise, expect much colder temperatures to work in, with sub-zero overnight lows for many spots throughout the work week. #miweather #keweenaw#westernup#marquette#munising #seney #newberry #soo #straitsareaWhile most of the UP will be dry today through midweek, lake effect snow showers continue across the NW wind snow belts through Tuesday.
