Gaylord Area Trail Report – VisitGaylord.com – 01/20
Ray’s Retreat Country Inn Gaylord Bureau Gaylord groomers report there is a very good base with at least 6 – 8 inches of snow on the trails. Temperature is staying nice and cold. Grooming is being done. Lots of blowing and drifting snow at this time. Trails are ‘VERY GOOD’. As always please check back here for updates. http://www.gaylordmichigan.net/snowmobile-trail-report-114/ Friday Morning Snow and Trail Report… Very cold out as I write this here at Heart Lake Resort south of Gaylord – 7.3 degrees – 9:04 am. I can report that the trails in our area a generally in ‘good’ condition. The snow in the back country is very good. We got hit hard yesterday with a lot of snow. The groomers have been out and continue to operate. It will be a busy weekend on the trails with folks making up for lost time. No more real accumulation in the forecast over the weekend, just some flurries, but cold temps for sure! The trails are good now but I’m sure by the end of the weekend will be a little rough where there is heavy traffic, tight corners or in the narrow places. Ride Safe!
