With temps in the teens and snow showers in the forecast for the next few days this will help firm up the trails. The Gogebic Range Trail Authority reports: Trail 2 from Ironwood to Marenisco is groomed with some icy and wet spots so use caution. They are out rolling trail 160 and will roll 8 tomorrow. Trail 2 will be groomed again tomorrow. It is still early season riding we need more snow to get the trails in great shape. The Lake Gogebic groomers are out and reporting all trails are rolled expect some wet spots and early riding conditions. More snow is needed to get the trails in great shape. The Watersmeet groomers have not gone out yet they need more snow. All areas need more snow….keep in mind groomers can be out day or night so watch out for them and please pull over or slow down and wait for the operator to signal you by. Be safe!!!
