Cadillac Area Trail Report – Cadillac Trails – 02/10
Just what we needed–more ice. It started sleeting this afternoon and we’re told it may continue throughout the night making for some slippery conditions in the morning. The forecast for the upcoming week is for mild temperatures and occasional light snow showers. The next update will be Friday, February 15. Sorry for the inconvenience. Snow accumulation: 15- 24 inches plus icy crust REMEMBER there are fewer signs in the woods this winter so when you finally do get a chance to ride, take your time and enjoy the ride. The need for speed may be costly to you and to others. Assume every trail is a winding trail and be ready for the next curve. A reminder to those who enjoy riding the White Pine Trail, State Park officials have asked snowmobilers to ‘refrain from operating snowmobiles when less than four inches of snow cover the trail.’ * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * VIA CADILLAC WINTER PROMOTIONS
