Tonight temps will be back in the teens and it looks like the weekend will be about the same. We have a chance of snow Thursday and Friday with cloudy sky’s on Saturday and Sunday. Snowmobiling is the best it has been all season. With our low traffic and great condition now is the time to come and have a great time. There have been reports of snowmobiles running on the railroad tracks through Bergland. Watch for trail signs and stay on snowmobile trail. The two run right next to each other and it is an easy mistake to make-but you will be ticketed if caught riding on the railroad tracks. The Watersmeet groomers report: They have received 6-8 inches wet heavy snow. Conditions are good to excellent. The bare spots are covered and grooming is ongoing. Keep in mind groomers can be out day or night so watch out for them and please pull over or slow down and wait for the operator to signal you by. Please be careful on corners as you know several Michigan Trail signs have been discontinued. These signs are posted on our trail map. PLEASE BE SAFE!!!!
