This will be the final trail report. Our season comes to an end Sunday March 31st. Our temps for today and tomorrow will be in the 40’s with a chance of rain for Saturday. Sunday our temps will be high of 36 with a chance of snow showers. If you plan on ride for the last time it is best to get out early in the day. Our afternoon trails will be soft. Thank you for the great year and hope to see you again next year….

The Gogebic Range Trail Authority: The GRTA trailboss reports-Grooming will be on going weather permitting only on trails 2 and 8 for the remainder of the season. Trails 160, 11N and 11S will not be groomed due to the swamps opening up. Conditions are fair to good. For more info on GRTA click on www.gogebicrangetrailauthority.com

The Lake Gogebic groomer’s report: Grooming will be on going at night weather permitting. Snowmobilers are still reporting the trails are still in good condition. Expect some bare spots especially around towns. With our season coming to an end come up and enjoy a few more days of some riding.

The Watersmeet groomer’s report: Conditions are still good with the exception around towns. Expect bare roads and parking lots. All trails are groomed at night weather permitting. Come up and enjoy one last ride.

Keep in mind groomers can be out day or night so watch out for them and please pull over or slow down and wait for the operator to signal you by.

Please be careful on corners as you know several Michigan Trail signs have been discontinued. These signs are posted on our trail map. PLEASE BE SAFE!!!!
