Lake Gogebic Trail Report – 01/28
January 28th, 2014 – Another hit of the polar vortex has us looking at below zero temp lows, and mostly single digits and teens for highs during the daytime. Of course, more snow is also in the forecast for much of this week, as well. We’ve got everything we need for perfect trail conditions and no problems to report on any of the Gogebic Area Grooming trails. Please do treat these cold temperatures with respect, make sure you head out with a full tank of fuel, supplies, cover all exposed skin and always let someone know where you will be riding. It’s a good thing to take a buddy along with you, too. We always want to be sure you have a safe ride as well as a fun ride while you’re up visiting our area. ** Stop by the Gogebic Lodge this Saturday February 1, for the Lake Gogebic Area Chamber of Commerce sponsored annual Radar Run! There will be several different classes so there will be something for everyone!
