Trail 2 from Ironwood to Marenisco is groomed and is in good condition with some wet spots mostly east of Wakefield. Trial 8 is groomed and again it is in good condition. There is running water in the creeks and the swamps are still open so PLEASE USE CAUTION IF YOU PLAN TO RIDE.
Trail 11 south will be closed for the season due to logging.
We’ve got the snow back that we lost (about 8-inches), but conditions are still very wet. A lot of the streams re-opened earlier this week and the word is the woods are still very wet. Once again, it’s very important that you stay on the trails as the conditions off trail will be worse. We’ve got a few nights coming up with very cold temperatures that will help the trail situation. Groomers have run on all the trails, some with drags and hopefully all with drags by this weekend. If daytime temps get a little too high the grooming will be restricted to night hours only.
Groomers are running nightly again and the trails are in fair to good shape. The fair areas are the wet spots on trail 2 west and 13 south the rest of the system is in good shape. It’s going to be a cold night so things should set up nicely
