Gaylord Area Trail Report – VisitGaylord.com – 01/10
Ray’s Retreat Country Inn We had about 8 inches of new white fluffy snow overnight here in Frederic. Schools are closed everywhere and trails are packed full of fluffy snow. Its a tough ride right now because there is so much snow on them its hard to see but as riders and groomers pack them down its going to get very nice. There is still supposed to be some more snow falling on us today http://frederic-mi.com/category/trail-conditions/ Gaylord Bureau Trails are in good condition. They have a 3 inch base. We received 2 to 3 inches of new snow overnight. Trails will be groomed all weekend. Caution is advised near Hays Tower Rd for a dip with standing water and slushy snow along the railroad tracks near Charles Brink Rd. Trails are just starting out so please use caution on all the trails as more slush may develop, and drifting. http://www.gaylordmichigan.net/snowmobile-trail-report-114/ DerMiner’s Parkside Resort
