Grand Marais Trail Report – 01/16
The latest word on the trails is ‘Very Good to Excellent!’ Flat and smooth with a good base. Lots of guys are boondocking in deep powder. We are getting some snow almost every day with some awesome drifts to play in as well! This weeks forecast is for more of the same with cold temps in the interior over the next few nights, in the 20’s during the day with winds in the 5 to 15 mph range. I’ll be back with more info on the trails on a regular schedule now (provided my computer doesn’t decide to die again)! Again, Thank you for you patience! Don’t Forget: Tomorrow is the Crazy 8’s 2nd Annual Open House from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the groomer barn on M-77 at the intersection with Trail 8. We have Dogs, Brats, Potato & Macaroni Salads, Coleslaw, Cookies by Kellie, and Red Velvet Cake with Coffee, Hot Cocoa and water. We hope to see you there to meet the crew, check out the facility and the equipment used to keep your favorite trails in tip top shape! As always, Ride Safe and Bring them Home Alive!
