Gaylord Area Trail Report – VisitGaylord.com – 01/17
Ray’s Retreat Country Inn I have to say I have been pleasantly surprised by the trail conditions that riders have been telling me about. I haven’t heard one person say they were horrible and most say its been pretty good. I looked at the trail along 93 on the way here this morning and while I saw a lot of dirt I also saw a lot of white and you just have to dodge thru it. The one group of people that was here yesterday and said they were riding to the bridge made it up there and said it was a good ride and they sent me a picture which is below here. Reports of lots of sleds at lakes of the north and starvation lake and steady sled traffic in Frederic all day yesterday. So the surprise is nice. Its 18 out right now and cloudy but forcast is still for 30s today but still surprisingly great reports with even the lack of groomers running… http://frederic-mi.com/category/trail-conditions/ Gaylord Bureau – 1/17 Trails are in fair condition. Trails were groomed Monday and Tuesday then again last night. The trails are showing dirt in some areas. Caution is advised near Hayes Tower Rd and Charles Brink Rd. http://www.gaylordmichigan.net/snowmobile-trail-report-114/ DerMiner’s Parkside Resort
