Greetings Sledders,

Could this be another year of ‘find it today you’d better ride it cause it’ll be gone tomorrow ?’

Seems like it given what we have currently on the ground and what isn’t in the pipeline. Our trails are looking fair for the moment, this after the guys panned everything in, coupled with below freezing temps at night and little traffic so far I think they will hold up today and tomorrow. After that it becomes anyone’s guess.

I’m holding the groomers back over the weekend. They will be back out Sunday or Monday to make repairs and bring everything back to flat and ready for the next meaningful snowfall that isn’t in the forecast.

When they get done with this process you’re not going to want to ride our trails as they will be pretty ugly. Which is why they are on hold, let the people play with what we have now and worry about repairs later.

Remember, you can always find two tracks and open military areas that will be unscathed and ready for winter play.
