Benzie Area Trail Report – 12/12

Hey all! Monday Monday! Well, we have snow! BUT not quite enough to groom yet and it won’t pack well yet since its the light and fluffy stuff. We have gotten anywhere from 3-8′ of LE snow first, then yesterday, system snow, but more to the South than us. Still about 6′ or so down, some areas more, some less. Yes, there’s snow but NO, it’s not much so it’s easy to stir up that dirt out there so take it easy if you do go out. We are supposed to get some pretty good snow again later in the week so hopefully enough for the groomers! Until then they won’t be out. So, keep up the snow dance, say the prayers we get this season started! THANKS for the email Lloyd W – it was so awesome to hear from you! Anyone else out there chomping at the bit to get out and ride? Drop me a line! Seeya on the trails, Carol

I know everyone’s excited. We have some snow but it’s fluffy and won’t pack well.
If your riding please use caution and also don’t blow the snow off the trail.

We are expecting system snow Sunday and Monday. Groomers will not be out until after that.
We will keep you posted.
