Frederic / Gaylord Area Trail Report – Sledheads of Frederic – 01/04
It’s snowing and blowing pretty hard out there. Most all kids in northern Michigan are thrilled this morning to wake up to find out its a SNOW DAY….. We really have only had a couple inches but the winds are strong and its icy out underneath, however we still have a winter storm warning going on and they say we may get up to a foot. I always like to hear that but I will believe it when I see it. I do think that things will come together for this coming weekend. Sled traffic was very light yesterday and I would expect it to be again today. There was a fly buzzing around here in the shop yesterday just before I left so I took my hat off and took a swat at him. Well that wasn’t a good idea because I broke the fluorescent tube and have been picking up glass all over this morning, and yes the fly got away. Today’s pics are just one of some sleds here yesterday and the other pic I took out the front door a few minutes ago.
