Paradise Area Trail Report – 01/12
Plenty of snow in Paradise…. (Photos via Magnuson Grand Hotel Lakefront Paradise) January 12, 2018 7 degrees this morning and a pretty good wind right outa the north which puts the wind chill at about minus 12. There is a light snow flitten (is that a real word?) around in the air. We picked up just a heavy dusting last night. While on the subject of weather….we hit 38 yesterday and it rained some. Not too much but I hate that for the middle of January! Now…..on to the trails….. As most of you know that follow me I am brutally honest about the trail conditions. We did not run anything yesterday so I can`t give you an honest report on how the trails held up during this short warm up. Groomers Mike and Larry are heading out this morning to hit the Pine Stump trail #8. Groomer Don is also runnin the Point Trails this morning. Not sure what else is going on (lack of help thing again). I`m busy today but plan to run the Falls trail tomorrow. We are also looking for somebody to run south either today or tomorrow. So thats all I know for this morning. I`ll have a better report for ya`ll tomorrow. LET ER SNOW!!!!!!
