All GRTA trails have been groomed except for 11S, hoping to groom Mon/Tues, but with one groomer down we’re focusing on main corridors trails.

Trails have lots of snow on them and are rated in good condition with some excellent sections.

The final 1.5 miles of trail 160 to Wisconsin and the eastern section of trail 2 thru the ski hills as you come into Wakefield are thin and the trail is very icy, however the hill climbs are snow covered. 2-5" of lake effect everywhere has the area freshly blanketed and looking gorgeous. Below, trail 8 being groomed by Robert G. 2-5am this morning.

Remember to stay on trails and beware Lake Gogebic had a loud exhaust enforcement crew this weekend with 50+ sleds cited. The noise has become a sore issue this year, please leave your modified exhaust at home.
