Paradise Area Trail Report – 01/30
January 30, 2018 9 degrees this morning and partly cloudy. No new snow last night either. The good news is we are under a winter weather advisory for tonight. "They" are calling for 3-6 inches. Its supposed to warm up to about freezing just for tomorrow which will be perfect. It will soften up the trails just a bit and we`ll be able to mix this new snow in and smooth out the moguls a bunch!! A perfect recipe!!!! Now, here`s what went on yesterday….. Groomer Dave M. ran the south trail #8. He stopped by here on his way home and gave me the details. The main thing is the swamp is still solid!! It is very icey in there but solid. If this snow hits it will help alot. He called it in good shape. Groomer Scott ran the Falls trail #45 and called it really good. Groomer Don is runnin the Point Trails right now. Not sure what else is going on for today. Me and Dave M. are heading out to the barn after breakfast to do a little wrenching. Seems we sprung another little leak in the hydraulic system on the Trooper again. We know were its coming from and have the parts. All I know fer today. LET `ER SNOW!
