Ironwood Trail Report – 02/11

Here’s a brief trail report:
-Still a groomer down hoping to get a rental rig in this week, Tucker Sno-Cat and operators are grooming around the clock so be cautious as we are having to day groom to keep up. Trails are good condition. Will need fresh snow soon as we’re working 2 week old snow
– Video is of Trail 8 after tonight’s groom, was hit Fri/Sat night too, rated good to excellent
-Trail 160 groomed Friday, hoping to groom tomorrow, rated good to excellent
-Trail 2 from Wakefield to Marenisco groomed Saturday evening, good condition
– Trail 11S groomed Saturday afternoon, rated good to excellent
– Ski hills between Bessemer/Wakefield being groomed tonight, trail is very icy and thin in spots, rated marginal. Hoping to push some snow down onto it this week, western Indianhead climb is icy
– Ironwood to Ramsay groomed this afternoon and will be again 4am tomorrow, rated good to excellent

Thank you to all our groomer operators who Volunteer their time! The club is logging serious miles this season!

Kippis!
