Paradise Area Trail Report – 02/22
February 22, 2018 Zero degrees this morning and partly cloudy. It was below zero all night last night and we got just a dusting of snow. It snowed most of the day yesterday but didn`t amount to much…..maybe 2 inches max. I`ve had quite a few calls lately asking how much snow we have on the ground, its anywhere from 2.5 to 3 foot, depending on where you are at, so plenty! The weather guessers are all over the map as far as whats gonna happen the next few days. Some say an inch or two and some say 4-5 inches but it looks like the temps will be around 30ish for highs…..so its all good for this weekend. Now, on to the trails…… Groomer Dave M. ran the South trail #8 yesterday and called it fair. He`s gonna run it again today as far as I know. The swamp south of town is holding up but its really icey. If we get this snow they are talking about that will help alot. Groomer Kevin ran the Falls trail last night and called it good. He`s runnin the Point Trails this morning also. All I know for today. LET `ER SNOW!!!!!!!!!!!
