KEWEENAW PENINSULA UPDATE via Krupps Resort – Good morning Kruppers!
Well things freshened up nicely last night with about 4-6”of the white gold!
I’ll take it! Forecasts of 1-4” that turn into 6” makes Kruppys smile bigger!
Looks like we will have a couple more days with some light snows also!
Let’s hope more comes like last night eh?
Groomers are out doing their thing
So you can do your thing!
Trails are open for just about 3 more weeks only!
Where does the time go?
You folks that have been procrastinating about a ride…….

This is the Keweenaw Snowmobile Trail System Report for Wednesday, March 7, 2018.

Snowmobile trails from Twin Lakes to Copper Harbor are open and in good condition groomers are out.
Remember when you’re out on the trails to watch out for the groomers. They have the right away.

The Keweenaw Convention & Visitors Bureau asks that you stay on the trails, STAY OFF THE ICE, respect private property, do not drink and drive, and above all else, drive safely. The signs on the trail are there for riders’ safety so please DO Not remove or destroy them.

Snowfall & Weather:
Snow fall in the Keweenaw Peninsula – 6.5 inches of new snow with 41 inches of snow on the ground, 252.5 inches have fallen to date as of 3/7/2018.

Today’s forecast: Snow showers, with a 50% chance of snow, high 23, low 20
Tomorrow’s forecast: Cloudy with a 20% chance of snow high 25, low 21
Friday: Cloudy with a 30% chance of snow, high 26, low 21
Saturday: Partly cloudy with a 10% chance of snow, high 29, low 19
Sunday: Partly cloudy with a 20% chance of snow, high 31, low 25
