MUNISING AREA UPDATE via Alger County SORVA – TRAIL REPORT – Sunday March 24, 2019 <> MUNISING AREA UPDATE via TNT Trenary Northern Trails – March 23, 2019 Well, the trail is over all in great shape. With the exception of a few water holes, and tonight I found a sink hole. I fear we won’t be able to groom much longer. Temps will be warm again this coming week. The sink hole wasn’t there when I first went through, and it was the weight of the tractor that broke it free. It was a 2′ deep hole. I was able to fill it in, however there was water in the bottom and it most likely won’t hold. This will most likely be the last weekend of smooth trails from us. We will talk more about it, and may try one more time yet and see what happens. Be aware of the trail ahead of you if you go out riding this weekend as the water holes could make a great day bad. WARM DAY – STILL GROOMING!
