Sidnaw / Bruce Crossing Trail Report – 03/30
We are at the end of another snowmobile season, the trails officially close at midnight tomorrow but in reality they are not rideable by snowmobile at this time so we are marking them closed. Thank you for riding our trails and visiting our local businesses this season! See you next season. ORV riders are reminded that all snowmobile trails are NOT open to ORV’s. Our portion of trail 3 from Bruce Crossing to Rockland is NOT designated as multi-use so ORV’s are NOT allowed on it. Please respect the private property along this trail and stay off it unless you have permission from the land owner! Please DO NOT climb the “Military Hill” from the highway, US 45, to the fence, we have ongoing erosion issues there and the hill climbers are adding to the problem. YOU COULD CAUSE THIS MAJOR TRAIL TO BE CLOSED IF YOU CONTINUE! Watch for the groomers, they take up most of the trail and have the right of way! Please pull over and DIM your lights for them, they have a long night out there. Remember, you can get off the trail, the groomer can not. Please ride on right side of the trail, STOP at the stop signs and treat YIELD signs appropriately. Trail #3 North to Rockland is CLOSED on the South end and CLOSED on the North end. Trail #8 from Ewen to trail #3 North is POOR. Trail #3/8 East from Bruce Crossing to the trail #3 South intersection is POOR. Trail #3/8 West from Bruce Crossing to the trail #3 North intersection is POOR. Trail #3 South from the railroad grade to the CC road is CLOSED. Trail #8 from the trail #3 South intersection to Trout Creek is POOR. Trail #8 from Trout Creek to Kenton is POOR. Trail #8 from Kenton to Sidnaw is POOR. Trail #8/15/109 from Sidnaw to Bob Lake is POOR. Have a fun and safe trip, thank you for riding our trails and visiting our local businesses! <> Visit Sno Valley Riders Snowmobile Club Website >>>> <> This message is only visible to site admins <> Visit Sno Valley Riders Snowmobile Club Website >>>> <> Latest Trail Reports – Quick Links <>Postings From Regional Pages On Facebook
