Frederic / Gaylord Area Trail Report – Sledheads of Frederic – 01/02
New Snow fell last night, about a whole 2 inches,The snow that did fall last night fell hard and fast and was a nice thick snow so that was a bonus. Sled traffic new years day was steady thru Frederic and trails are still well worn. I think I had more cars and trucks drive into the shop here yesterday than sleds. Trailer counts in Grayling this morning were the highest so far this year with 21 at the Ramada and 7 at the Days Inn. So the season is off to a typical slow start. I got here just before 9 this morning and there were already a couple people waiting on me. I heard Jerry on the radio station 100.3 is now doing Mo Mo Nah Chee Chee Nah with his weather reports.
