TRAVERSE CITY AREA UPDATE via Ranch Rudolf – 1/15/21 <> TRAVERSE CITY FOOD AND TRAILS UPDATE via Grand Traverse Area Snowmobile Club – 01/14 I was hoping to write a good trail report for this week but unfortunately we had 43° and sunshine yesterday. Forecast shows a small front moving through that may dump 2 to 3 inches in our area. Unfortunately what we need is a good heavy snow dump. I would consider the trails currently unrideable. Temperatures also climb above freezing through the overnight, remaining there until Thursday evening. The bad news is that gusty winds return late tonight into Thursday. Snow will continue to spread across the area, leading to 1-2" of wet accumulations for many south of the bridge before switching over rain. Strong winds are expected today with gusts to 40+ mph, potentially leading to more down trees and limbs from recent icing. This could lead to dangerous conditions for those without power or a safe source of heat. Are there any numbers showing ice accumulation for Antrim as compared to surrounding areas? <>

Groomers Running: Not since Jan 1st
Base: Zero
Current Temp: 35 degrees
To say we need snow is an understatement.
Because we still have our horse drawn hayrides happening we will be open for outdoor meal and beverage service this Saturday and and Sunday, Jan 16 and 17, from 12pm to 3pm.
