Temperatures also climb above freezing through the overnight, remaining there until Thursday evening. The bad news is that gusty winds return late tonight into Thursday. Snow will continue to spread across the area, leading to 1-2" of wet accumulations for many south of the bridge before switching over rain. Strong winds are expected today with gusts to 40+ mph, potentially leading to more down trees and limbs from recent icing. This could lead to dangerous conditions for those without power or a safe source of heat. Here are a couple pictures from one of our groomers that was out yesterday. He said the trail was “perfection”. Not all the trails are like this but many of them are right now. Better get out and enjoy them this weekend as a warm up starts Monday for a couple of days. But for now get out and enjoy- perfection!
