Munising Area Trail Report – 02/08
TRAIL REPORT February 8, 2022 OPERATORS TRYING THEIR BEST! A few more inches of new snowfall with the trail system in an overall fair to good condition. We are continuing the down equipment struggle with help from neighboring clubs but the entire system is getting groomed in a 24 hour period. With only one machine running the core of our trail system it has been very hard to keep up with and getting choppy throughout the day. We are doing our best but the smaller, lighter equipment is making it very difficult. Stay alert as trouble areas have had a few pockets develop throughout the day. Thank our neighboring clubs for helping us keep your trails rideable by grooming additional miles (Trenary Northern Trails, Schoolcraft County Motorized Trails Association and Big Bay De Noc Snowmobile Club).
