GRAND MARAIS UPDATE via Grand Marais Outfitters – 2/22 From Travis just finished with a 12 hour run on the east trail-Worked on the east trail last night/this morning. Ready and open for business From Emmett last night-North was beaten bad. But is in good shape today. In addition, expect windy conditions today as a low-level jet moves through the region. We rode from Trout Lake to Brimley to Raco to Sullivan Creek and back. There were a few thin spots on the Bobby Gay heading out of Trout Lake but like... 3. We had no issues the rest of the way. It was a great day 😀 #troutlake #newberry #snowphotos

Temps were not initially conducive to grooming, but as the night progressed and temps continued to drop, the trails eventually groomed up very nicely.
Continued utility tree trimming work on trail 43 west of Curtis (Germfask trail), continues and now trimmed tree limbs are stacked on trail ! PLEASE USE CAUTION IN THIS AREA ! #curtis #newberry #snowphotos
