Munising Area Trail Report – 03/04
TRAIL REPORT March 4, 2022 Great Trails with Help Again! Thanks to help from (3) of our neighboring Clubs Trails in an overall very good condition with our Bully being down again. (Trenary Northern Trails, Schoolcraft County Motorized Trails Association and Big Bay De Noc Snowmobile Club). We will continue to do what we can with the Programs Spare Bully, our club owned John Deere 7130 and help from our neighbors. Hopefully parts arrive for the Bully today and we get a surprise delivery of the Big Deere, still awaiting a return delivery date. Lets hope this weekends warm weather forecast switches to snow instead of heavy rain. Temperatures may affect groom-ability so we will be watching closely to determine a hold or not. Trail set up hard with decent snow and came out relatively flat with a little work. We are glad we could help out as much as we could this year as machine downs have been an issue not only with Alger SORVA, but with multiple clubs across the UP. Clubs have stepped up to help other clubs and it makes all the difference.
