35 degrees at 7 am this morning. Freezing drizzle to make the drive into work nerve wracking and cancel schools again. Seems this is the winter for icy mornings. Its just been a slow drizzle. At this point haven’t seen any difference in the snow. The temp is supposed to drop thru the day and drizzle change to snow by noon.
Will update tonight to let you know if the forecasters have it right, and what the trail is looking like at that point.

Good Morning…its 10:00am and 36f and raining in Paradise,Mi. this is the high temp/time for the day…Temps will slowly drop and rain will turn to snow….
Groomers Report…..
All trails where groomed last night…
Started at 4:00pm with Winds and drifting snow ,then about 9:00pm coated with a layer of wet ice made for ideal grooming.. Rain froze as it hit the ground….All trails where laid flat and shiny…suprisingly quite a few snowmahines out battling the rain on thier face shields….
All trails are in excellent shape …and with tonights cool down and more snow with a strong N.W. wind….should make for some good riding tomorrow
Hazards….
trees are bending and losing branches..trails are littered with small branches..also huge clumps of snow laden with water are falling onto trails and will freeze.. so be aware…this will go one thru today ,before we can get in to clean up …..
